A festive, four-layered no-bake dessert featuring an Oreo crust, minty cream cheese, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream.
Ingredients
36 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cold milk
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Green gel food coloring
16 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), divided
2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
3 1/4 cups cold whole milk
Optional: mini chocolate chips and Andes mints for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Pulse the cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs. Stir in the melted butter.
Step 2: Press the crumbs into a 9x13 inch baking pan and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Cream the cream cheese, sugar, 2 tablespoons of milk, and peppermint extract together. Stir in 1.5 cups of whipped topping and enough green food coloring to reach your desired shade.
Step 4: Spread the mint mixture over the crust.
Step 5: Whisk the pudding mix with 3 1/4 cups of cold milk until thick. Spread over the mint layer.
Step 6: Let set in the fridge for 10 minutes, then top with the remaining whipped topping and garnishes.
Step 7: Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
