A creamy, no-bake fruit salad featuring fresh strawberries and bananas folded into a rich, tangy cheesecake base.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
3 large bananas, sliced
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
Step 1: Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and fluffy.
Step 2: Add sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
Step 3: Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is uniform.
Step 4: Add the strawberries and marshmallows, folding them in carefully.
Step 5: Just before serving, fold in the sliced bananas and top with graham cracker crumbs.
Notes
Ensure strawberries are completely dry before slicing to prevent the salad from becoming watery.
