Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup strawberry milk powder
5 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon strawberry extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 drops pink gel food coloring (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325°F and grease a 10-cup Bundt pan thoroughly with butter and flour.
Step 2: Cream the softened butter and sugar in a stand mixer on medium-high speed for 5-7 minutes until very light and fluffy.
Step 3: Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition to ensure the batter remains emulsified.
Step 4: Sift the flour, strawberry milk powder, and salt together; add to the butter mixture in three parts, alternating with the milk and cream.
Step 5: Stir in the extracts and food coloring, then transfer the batter to the pan and bake for 65-75 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Ensure all dairy and eggs are at room temperature for a perfectly smooth batter. For a more intense flavor, add 1 tablespoon of strawberry emulsion.
