Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
2 ripe bananas
1.5 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the fruit by washing the strawberries and peeling the bananas.
Step 2: Place strawberries, bananas, Greek yogurt, and vanilla into a blender.
Step 3: Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Pour the puree into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.
Step 5: Insert sticks and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours before serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness since there is no added sugar.
