  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. If using canned peaches, drain and reserve the syrup. Spread the peaches evenly in the baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, stirring until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter over the peaches without stirring.
