Instructions
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl until combined.
- Mix breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, ground ginger, garlic powder, and salt on a separate plate.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg, then roll in breadcrumb mixture to coat fully.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place cauliflower in air fryer basket without touching; cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 15 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Whisk chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, fresh ginger, and honey together in a bowl.
- Toss crispy cauliflower in the prepared sauce to coat evenly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions; serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, lightly spray cauliflower with cooking oil before air frying. Adjust spice by adding more honey to balance heat. Avoid overcooking to keep texture crisp.
