A refreshing, healthy, and easy-to-make frozen snack combining Greek yogurt and ceremonial grade matcha.
Ingredients
2 cups thick Greek yogurt
1.5 tbsp matcha green tea powder
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: black sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to ensure there are no lumps.
Step 2: Combine yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, and matcha in the bowl and whisk until smooth.
Step 3: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 4: Drop tablespoon-sized dollops onto the sheet.
Step 5: Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Best eaten within 2 months.
