Ingredients
4 large chicken breasts
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup raspberry preserves
2 jalapenos, minced
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Simmer preserves, jalapenos, vinegar, and honey in a saucepan.
Step 3: Add fresh raspberries to the sauce and crush slightly.
Step 4: Sear chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6 minutes per side.
Step 5: Pour the raspberry glaze over the seared chicken in the pan.
Step 6: Simmer until the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 7: Rest for 5 minutes and serve with fresh herbs.
