A fun, creamy, and sweet beverage featuring classic Coke infused with toasted marshmallow and chocolate flavors, balanced with a luscious heavy cream and condensed milk topping.
Ingredients
2 cups cold Coke
4 tablespoons toasted marshmallow syrup
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup or drizzle
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
Ice (enough to fill 2 glasses)
Instructions
Step 1: Fill two glasses generously with ice.
Step 2: Pour 1 cup of cold Coke into each glass.
Step 3: Add 2 tablespoons of toasted marshmallow syrup to each glass. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup into each glass.
Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until well combined and slightly thickened.
Step 5: Gently pour half of the cream mixture over the top of each drink, allowing it to layer beautifully.
Step 6: Serve immediately. You can stir gently before drinking, or enjoy the layers as you sip.
Notes
For an extra delightful touch, lightly toast a marshmallow with a kitchen torch and float it on top of your finished drink!
