1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp honey

1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives

Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, chopped artichoke hearts, drained capers, diced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped fresh parsley.
