A rich and velvety non-alcoholic punch featuring the classic flavors of pineapple and coconut cream.
Ingredients
4 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut cream
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 cups crushed ice
2 tbsp agave nectar (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Place the pineapple juice and coconut cream into a high-speed blender.
Step 2: Add the frozen pineapple chunks and fresh lime juice.
Step 3: Add the crushed ice and blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Taste and add agave nectar if additional sweetness is desired, then pulse to combine.
Step 5: Pour into a large punch bowl or individual glasses and garnish with fresh pineapple and cherries.
Notes
Use frozen fruit instead of more ice to keep the flavors concentrated and the texture thick.
