Description

This refreshing frozen peach margarita combines sweet, juicy peaches with tangy lime and crisp tequila for the perfect summer cocktail.


Ingredients

2 cups frozen peach slices
4 oz (1/2 cup) silver (blanco) tequila
2 oz (1/4 cup) fresh lime juice
1 oz (2 tbsp) triple sec or orange liqueur
0.5 oz (1 tbsp) simple syrup (or more, to taste)
Optional: Salt or sugar for rimming

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare your glasses. If desired, moisten the rim of two margarita glasses with a lime wedge, then dip the rim into a shallow plate of salt or sugar to coat evenly.
Step 2: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen peach slices, silver tequila, fresh lime juice, triple sec, and simple syrup.
Step 3: Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and reaches a thick, slushy consistency. If needed, stop and scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula to ensure everything is incorporated.
