2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup mini marshmallows
1 piece heavy-duty aluminum foil
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your grill, campfire coals, or oven (400°F).

Step 3: Gently pull the banana open to create a pocket.
Step 4: Fill the opening with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
Step 5: Wrap the banana in foil and seal the edges tightly.
Step 6: Cook for 5-10 minutes on the grill or in the oven until the marshmallows are melted.
Step 7: Serve warm with a spoon.
Notes
Try adding crushed graham crackers for a s'mores flavored banana boat.
