A delicious no-bake layered dessert that combines vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and graham crackers with a rich chocolate topping.
Ingredients
1 box (14.4 oz) Honey Graham Crackers
2 boxes (3.4 oz each) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
3 cups Whole Milk, cold
1 container (8 oz) Whipped Topping, thawed
4-5 Large Bananas, sliced
1 container (16 oz) Chocolate Fudge Frosting
Instructions
Step 1: Whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes until thickened.
Step 2: Fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding until smooth and uniform.
Step 3: Place a single layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 4: Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
Step 5: Layer half of the banana slices over the pudding.
Step 6: Repeat the layers: another layer of graham crackers, the remaining pudding, and the remaining bananas.
Step 7: Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
Step 8: Microwave the chocolate frosting for 20-30 seconds until pourable, then spread evenly over the top layer of crackers.
Step 9: Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
