A quick and spicy oven-baked chicken dish smothered in a creamy, sweet chili glaze.
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Whisk mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime, and garlic powder.
Step 3: Toss chicken in 3/4 of the sauce in a baking dish.
Step 4: Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
Step 5: Drizzle with remaining sauce and garnish with onions.
Notes
Ensure chicken is cut into equal sizes for even cooking.
