A vibrant and creamy refresher made with fresh blackberry syrup, white grape juice, and silky coconut milk.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh blackberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white grape juice
1/2 cup sweetened coconut milk (from carton)
1/2 tsp green coffee extract (optional)
Ice cubes
Fresh blackberries for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Create the blackberry syrup by simmering 1 cup blackberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Strain the syrup through a fine sieve to remove seeds and cool completely in the fridge.
Step 3: In a shaker, add 1/4 cup of the cooled syrup, white grape juice, and green coffee extract.
Step 4: Fill the shaker with ice and pour in the coconut milk.
Step 5: Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until cold and frothy.
Step 6: Pour into a tall glass and garnish with fresh blackberries.
Notes
Ensure the blackberry syrup is fully chilled before mixing with coconut milk to prevent separation.
