Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
1/2 cup blueberry preserves
1 cup fresh blueberries, crushed
1 egg, beaten
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2: Spread blueberry preserves on one puff pastry sheet and top with crushed berries.
Step 3: Place the second pastry sheet on top and cut into 1-inch strips.
Step 4: Twist each strip and place on the baking sheet, then brush with egg wash.
Step 5: Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6: Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest, then drizzle over slightly cooled twists.
