A decadent dessert featuring a graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and a topping of rich caramel and crushed Butterfinger candy.
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar, divided
24 oz cream cheese, softened
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup caramel sauce
4 standard size Butterfinger bars, crushed
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F and line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Beat softened cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth and airy.
Step 4: Add vanilla and then eggs one at a time on low speed until just combined.
Step 5: Fold in half of the crushed Butterfinger bars and pour the batter over the crust.
Step 6: Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are set but the center slightly jiggles.
Step 7: Cool at room temperature, then top with caramel drizzle and remaining crushed candy.
Step 8: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into 16 bars.
