Description
A refreshing, bite-sized snack featuring green grapes dipped in creamy caramel and rolled in crushed peanuts.
Ingredients
2 pounds green grapes, washed and completely dried
1 cup Marzetti Caramel Dip
1 cup crushed peanuts
Instructions
Step 1: Wash the green grapes thoroughly and remove them from the stems.
Step 2: Pat each grape completely dry with a paper towel; any moisture will cause the caramel to slip off.
Step 3: Insert a toothpick into the top of each grape.
Step 4: Dip the bottom half of each grape into the caramel dip.
Step 5: Immediately roll the caramel-coated portion of the grape in the crushed peanuts.
Step 6: Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure the grapes are completely dry before dipping. For best results, use chilled grapes.
