Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 head Bibb or Butter lettuce, leaves separated
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 2: Add the ranch dressing and toss until the chicken mixture is thoroughly and evenly coated.
Step 3: Wash and thoroughly dry the lettuce leaves, ensuring no water remains on the surface.
Step 4: Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf boat.
Step 5: Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken to cut prep time in half. For extra crunch, add diced celery.
