Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 head Bibb or Butter lettuce, leaves separated
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 2: Add the ranch dressing and toss until the chicken mixture is thoroughly and evenly coated.
