Ingredients
25 oz canned white meat chicken breast, drained and dried
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Squeeze all excess moisture out of the drained canned chicken using a kitchen towel.
Step 3: Mix chicken, egg, parmesan, and spices in a bowl until a dough forms.
Step 4: Press the mixture into a 1/4 inch thick circle on the baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake the crust for 20 minutes until golden and firm.
Step 6: Add your desired sauce and toppings, then bake for another 10 minutes until cheese melts.
Notes
Ensure the chicken is extremely dry before mixing to prevent a soggy crust. Using a pizza stone can further enhance the crispiness.
