A decadent and portable frozen treat featuring a creamy peanut butter filling and a crisp chocolate shell.
Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate melting wafers
2 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
Step 1: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a thin layer in a square pan.
Step 2: Beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and fluffy.
Step 3: Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla, then gently fold in the whipped topping.
Step 4: Spread the filling over the crust and insert popsicle sticks every 3 inches.
Step 5: Freeze for at least 4 hours until completely solid.
Step 6: Cut into individual portions and dip each pop into melted chocolate mixed with coconut oil.
Step 7: Return to the freezer for 30 minutes to set before serving.

Ensure the pops are fully frozen before dipping to prevent them from melting into the chocolate.
