Description
A creamy, tropical, and hydrating beverage made with fresh strawberries and silky coconut milk.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Ice cubes
Sliced strawberries for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Wash and hull the strawberries, then place them in a blender.
Step 2: Add lime juice and honey to the berries and blend until completely smooth.
Step 3: Strain the strawberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds if a smoother texture is desired.
Step 4: Whisk the strawberry base together with the coconut milk and coconut water in a small pitcher.
Step 5: Fill two tall glasses with ice and pour the Coconut Strawberry Refresher over the top.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and serve immediately.
Notes
Use full-fat coconut milk for a richer flavor, or coconut water only for a lower-calorie version.
