Ingredients
1 package (3 oz) Strawberry Gelatin
1 package (3 oz) Lime Gelatin
1 package (3 oz) Lemon Gelatin
3 cups boiling water
1.5 cups cold water
2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
Festive Easter sprinkles for garnish
Optional: 1/2 cup sour cream for extra tang
Instructions
Step 1: Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
Step 2: Add 1/2 cup of cold water to the strawberry mixture. Divide the liquid into two bowls. In one bowl, fold in 1/2 cup of whipped cream to make it creamy.
Step 3: Pour the creamy strawberry mixture into the bottom of 6 glasses. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
Step 4: Repeat the process with the lemon gelatin, creating a clear and a creamy version. Pour the clear lemon layer over the set strawberry layer.
Step 5: Repeat with the lime gelatin, allowing each layer to chill for at least 30-40 minutes before adding the next to ensure clean lines.
Step 6: Once all layers are complete, refrigerate the parfaits for at least 3 hours or overnight.
