Description
A luxurious and velvety tropical lemonade made with fresh pineapple, mango, and sweetened condensed milk.
Ingredients
1 pineapple, diced (reserve 1/3 cup to add to drink)
1 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed (about 6-8 lemons)
3 mangoes, diced
3 cups cold water
1 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk
Ice cubes
Lemon slices
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the fruit by peeling and dicing the pineapple and the mangoes.
Step 2: Squeeze the lemons to obtain 1 cup of fresh juice and remove seeds.
Step 3: Blend the diced mangoes, pineapple, lemon juice, and cold water until perfectly smooth.
Step 4: Optional: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp.
Step 5: Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is creamy and well-combined.
Step 6: Add reserved pineapple chunks and lemon slices to the pitcher.
Step 7: Serve immediately over glasses filled with ice.
Notes
For a thinner consistency, add an extra cup of water or some sparkling soda.
