Description
A rich and savory one-pan chicken dish featuring a velvety ranch-infused cream sauce.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 oz dry ranch seasoning packet
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Season the chicken breasts evenly with half of the ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4: Whisk in chicken broth and cream cheese until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
Step 5: Add the heavy cream and remaining ranch seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Return chicken to the pan to coat and serve.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before adding to the pan to prevent lumps in your sauce.
