1 cup pure coconut water
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp raw honey
1/2 fresh lemon (juiced)
1/4 cup sparkling mineral water

Instructions
Step 1: Muddle the blueberries and honey in a tall glass until the berries are well-crushed.
Step 2: Add the lemon juice and stir vigorously to combine.
