Ingredients
1 lb small shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups thick Alfredo sauce
24 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cajun seasoning
Vegetable oil for frying
1/4 cup flour mixed with water for paste
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the shrimp with garlic and cajun seasoning in olive oil until opaque.
Step 2: Mix the cooked shrimp with chilled Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Step 3: Place a spoonful of the mixture into the center of each tortilla.
Step 4: Roll the tortilla into a tight bite-sized burrito, sealing the edges with flour paste.
Step 5: Heat frying oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 6: Fry the bites in small batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 7: Drain on paper towels and serve while hot.
Notes
Ensure the Alfredo sauce is very thick and chilled for easier rolling.
