Ingredients
36 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
12 oz whipped topping (divided)
2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant coconut cream pudding mix
2 3/4 cups cold whole milk
1/2 tsp coconut extract
1 cup shredded coconut, toasted
Instructions
Step 1: Combine crushed cookies and melted butter; press into a 9x13 inch pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
Step 3: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the set crust.
Step 4: Whisk pudding mix, milk, and coconut extract for 2 minutes until thickened.
Step 5: Spread the pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.
Step 6: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
Step 7: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
Step 8: Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
