Description

A soothing and gut-healing dr gupta gelatin recipe, packed with collagen-boosting amino acids to support digestion, detoxification, and overall wellness. Easy to prepare and highly versatile.

Ingredients

Scale

4 tablespoons unflavored, grass-fed gelatin powder
4 cups filtered or purified water (divided: 1 cup cold, 3 cups warm)
1/4 cup fresh lemon or lime juice
Optional: Natural sweetener to taste (e.g., stevia, erythritol)

Instructions

Step 1: In a medium saucepan, pour 1 cup of cold water. Evenly sprinkle 4 tablespoons of grass-fed gelatin powder over the cold water. Let this 'bloom' for 5-10 minutes to soften the granules and prevent clumping.
Step 2: After blooming, place the saucepan over low heat. Gently and continuously whisk the mixture until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the liquid is clear. Do not boil.
Step 3: Once the gelatin is fully dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat.
Step 4: Add the remaining 3 cups of filtered or purified water to the dissolved gelatin mixture. Whisk well to combine thoroughly.
Step 5: Stir in the 1/4 cup of fresh lemon or lime juice.
Step 6: If desired, add your preferred natural sweetener to taste and stir until fully dissolved.
Step 7: Carefully pour the mixture into individual serving dishes or an airtight glass container.
Step 8: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the gelatin is completely firm and set.
Step 9: Once set, serve and enjoy your restorative dr gupta gelatin recipe!

Notes

For best results, use high-quality grass-fed gelatin. Ensure the gelatin blooms fully before heating to prevent lumps. Store in airtight glass containers in the refrigerator for up to 7-10 days. Avoid boiling the mixture to preserve gelatin's beneficial properties. This dr gupta gelatin recipe is a fantastic base for various flavor additions.
