Ingredients
2 Large Dragon Fruits (red and white)
1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
1 Large Ripe Mango
2 Kiwi Fruits
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon Honey or Agave
Fresh Mint for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Slice the dragon fruits in half and scoop out the flesh, cutting it into 1-inch cubes.
Step 2: Peel and cube the mango and kiwi to match the size of the dragon fruit.
Step 3: Combine all fruits in a large glass bowl, handling carefully to maintain shape.
Step 4: Whisk lime juice and honey together, then drizzle over the fruit.
Step 5: Toss gently and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Step 6: Chill for 15 minutes and serve immediately in the dragon fruit shells.
Notes
Add the red dragon fruit last to prevent staining the entire salad purple.
