Description

An incredibly easy one-pan pasta dish using refrigerated tortellini and cooked chicken in a rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

Scale

20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together the Alfredo sauce, milk, broth, and seasonings.
Step 3: Place tortellini and chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce over them, stirring to coat.
Step 4: Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5: Remove foil, top with mozzarella and Parmesan, and bake uncovered for 10-15 more minutes.

Ensure the pasta is well-coated in sauce to cook properly in the oven.
