Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
Blue gel food coloring
Green gel food coloring
Instructions
Step 1: Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 2: Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well to combine.
Step 3: Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
Step 4: Divide the dough and color half blue and half green using gel coloring.
Step 5: Pinch small pieces of each color and press together to create a marbled ball.
Step 6: Roll the dough out and cut into circles using a cookie cutter.
Step 7: Chill for 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
