Instructions

Step 2: Stir in the mango puree and softened butter until fully incorporated and the mixture is silky.
Step 3: Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until firm enough to handle.
Step 4: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions, roll into balls, and coat with shredded coconut.
