Description
A light and fluffy no-bake candy that tastes like a homemade 3 Musketeers bar using just a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients
11.5 oz milk chocolate chips
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
10 oz chocolate melting wafers
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1: Add chocolate chips and vegetable oil to a large microwave-safe bowl.
Step 2: Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each interval, until the chocolate is completely smooth.
Step 3: Let the chocolate cool slightly for a few minutes, then gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light, fluffy, and uniform in color.
Step 4: Line a small square pan (8x8) with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into the pan.
Step 5: Freeze the mixture for 1–2 hours, or until it is very firm to the touch.
Step 6: Lift the parchment paper out of the pan and cut the frozen block into small squares.
Step 7: Melt the chocolate wafers according to package directions until smooth.
Step 8: Dip each frozen square into the melted chocolate coating, ensuring it is covered completely, and place back on parchment paper to set.
Step 9: Refrigerate the finished candies until ready to serve.
Notes
Ensure the whipped topping is fully thawed but still cold for the best texture. If the chocolate coating thickens while dipping, microwave it for 10 seconds to loosen it up.
