Ingredients
1 Keebler Ready Crust Chocolate Pie Crust
1 tub Cool Whip Original Whipped Topping
1 carton Dreyer’s Rocky Road Ice Cream, softened
1 bottle Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
1 bag Kraft Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
Step 1: Soften the Rocky Road ice cream at room temperature for 10-15 minutes until it reaches a manageable consistency.
Step 2: In a large bowl, fold together the softened ice cream and half of the Cool Whip until well combined.
Step 3: Add a handful of mini marshmallows and a swirl of chocolate syrup to the ice cream mixture, folding gently.
Step 4: Transfer the ice cream mixture into the chocolate pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 5: Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the ice cream layer to create a pillowy topping.
Step 6: Garnish the top with additional mini marshmallows and a generous drizzle of chocolate syrup.
Step 7: Freeze the pie for at least 4-6 hours, or preferably overnight, before slicing and serving.
Notes
Ensure the ice cream is only softened, not melted, to maintain the airy texture of the pie.
