Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
Step 2: Add the lime juice and Sriracha to the bowl.
Step 3: Stir in the cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Whisk all ingredients until completely incorporated and the spices are evenly distributed.
Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop.
Notes
For a smokier flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika or a little chipotle powder.
