A delicious, no-bake frozen dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, rich chocolate ganache, and a creamy marshmallow center.
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
7 oz marshmallow fluff
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
Step 1: Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix crumbs, butter, and sugar; press into the pan bottom and freeze for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth; spread over crust and freeze for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Beat cream cheese, fluff, and vanilla until smooth; spread over chocolate layer.
Step 5: Top with mini marshmallows and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Step 6: Lift out using parchment, slice into squares, and serve cold.
Notes
Use a warm knife to slice for perfectly clean layers.
