Description

This easy Funfetti Dip recipe is a no-bake wonder that comes together in minutes, bursting with celebratory sprinkles and sweet, creamy flavor. Perfect for parties or a quick sweet treat!

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz (226g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1 box (15.25 oz or 432g) funfetti cake mix (dry, not prepared)
8 oz (226g) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1/4 cup (about 40g) extra rainbow sprinkles, plus more for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain.
Step 2: Add the dry funfetti cake mix to the cream cheese mixture. Beat on low speed until just combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Step 3: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping (Cool Whip) using a spatula until no white streaks remain. Be careful not to overmix to maintain the light, airy texture.
Step 4: Stir in the 1/4 cup of extra rainbow sprinkles. If desired, reserve some for garnishing.
Step 5: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
Step 6: Garnish with additional sprinkles, if desired, and serve cold with your favorite dippers.

Notes

For the best texture and flavor, ensure your cream cheese is completely softened before mixing. Chilling the dip for at least 30 minutes helps the flavors meld and the dip to firm up. This funfetti dip recipe can be made a day in advance.
