Ingredients
2 cups whole milk
1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
1 package (14.3 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
8-10 edible flowers (pansies or violas)
1 bunch fresh mint sprigs
16 gummy worms
Instructions
Step 1: Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs; set aside a portion for the topping.
Step 2: Whisk milk and instant pudding mix in a large bowl for 2 minutes, then let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding until smooth and uniform.
Step 4: Stir half of the cookie crumbs into the pudding mixture to provide internal texture.
Step 5: Layer the bottom of 8 small cups with a spoonful of crumbs, then fill with the pudding mixture.
Step 6: Cover the top of each cup with the remaining cookie crumbs to create the 'dirt' surface.
Step 7: Decorate with gummy worms, a mint sprig, and an edible flower. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
