Description

A creamy, crunchy, and herb-infused spread made with fresh garden vegetables and whipped cream cheese.

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup finely minced red bell pepper
1/4 cup shredded carrots, patted dry
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Beat the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a bowl until smooth and fluffy.
Step 2: Mince all vegetables finely and use a paper towel to remove excess moisture from the carrots and peppers.
Step 3: Fold the minced vegetables, scallions, and fresh dill into the cream cheese mixture.
Step 4: Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, stirring until fully incorporated.
Step 5: Refrigerate for at least one hour to let the flavors develop before serving.

Notes

Ensure all vegetables are very finely minced for the best spreading consistency.
