Ingredients
1 pound kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized pieces
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Slice the kielbasa into 1/2 inch rounds, then whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
Step 3: Add the sliced kielbasa and drained pineapple to the bowl and toss to coat with the glaze.
Step 4: Arrange the mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through until the glaze is thick and bubbly.
Step 6: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with toothpicks.
Notes
Use turkey kielbasa for a leaner version or add sriracha for a spicy kick.
