A tangy, creamy, and incredibly crunchy pickle dip that uses the viral Grillo's pickle method for maximum freshness.
Ingredients
16 oz Grillo’s Dill Pickle Chips, drained and finely chopped
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 tbsp Pickle Brine (from the jar)
2 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Pat the drained pickles very dry with paper towels to prevent a watery dip.
Step 2: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream until light and smooth.
Step 3: Add the pickle brine, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and fresh dill to the bowl and mix well.
Step 4: Fold in the finely chopped pickles until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Step 5: Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to combine.
Notes
Always use fresh pickles from the refrigerated section for the best crunch. Do not use shelf-stable pickles if you want the authentic TikTok taste.
