Description

A simple and customizable recipe for delicious homemade coffee creamer that will elevate your daily cup. Say goodbye to artificial flavors and hello to fresh, creamy goodness!

Ingredients

Scale

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1.5 to 2 cups milk (whole, 2%, almond, oat, etc.)
1-2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste for extra flair)

Instructions

Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl or large liquid measuring cup, pour in the entire can of sweetened condensed milk.
Step 2: Add the vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste) to the sweetened condensed milk.
Step 3: Whisk the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla together until thoroughly combined and smooth.
Step 4: Gradually pour in 1.5 cups of your preferred milk (dairy or non-dairy) while continuously whisking until the mixture is smooth and homogenous. Ensure there are no streaks of the thicker condensed milk.
Step 5: If you prefer a thinner consistency, add the remaining 0.5 cup of milk, a little at a time, whisking well after each addition, until your desired consistency is reached. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, by adding a tablespoon or two of sugar or maple syrup, dissolved thoroughly.
Step 6: Pour the finished homemade coffee creamer into an airtight container, such as a glass jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator.
Step 7: Refrigerate for up to 10-14 days. Shake well before each use to reincorporate any natural separation. Enjoy in your favorite coffee!

Notes

This homemade coffee creamer can be customized with various extracts for different flavors. Always shake well before each use. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Adjust the amount of milk to achieve your preferred consistency.
