1/3 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
Step 1: Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 2: Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar in a small bowl to create the glaze.
Step 3: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 6 minutes per side.
Step 4: Pour the sauce into the pan and simmer until thickened and the chicken is fully glazed.
