Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 cup jasmine rice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Rinse the rice and cook in a saucepan with 1.5 cups of water until fluffy.
Step 2: Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl.
Step 4: Sear chicken in oil over medium-high heat for 6 minutes per side.
Step 5: Pour sauce over chicken and simmer until thickened.
Step 6: Serve chicken over rice and garnish as desired.
Notes
Use low-sodium soy sauce to control the saltiness of the glaze.
