4 oz (120ml) Chilled Prosecco (dry/Brut)
2-3 fresh mint sprigs
2-3 lime wedges (or 0.5 oz fresh lime juice)

Step 1: Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass generously with ice.
Step 2: Add the elderflower cordial to the glass.
Step 3: Squeeze 1-2 lime wedges into the glass, then drop them in (or add 0.5 oz fresh lime juice).
Step 4: Pour in the chilled Prosecco.
