Description
A creamy, spiced tea latte infused with sweet cherry syrup and served over ice for the ultimate summer treat.
Ingredients
2 chai tea bags (or 1 tbsp loose leaf chai)
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup whole milk (or oat milk)
2 tbsp cherry syrup
1 cup ice cubes
Fresh cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Steep the chai tea bags in 1/2 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes to create a strong concentrate.
Step 2: Remove the tea bags and allow the liquid to cool to room temperature.
Step 3: In a tall glass, combine the cooled tea concentrate with the cherry syrup and stir well.
Step 4: Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Step 5: Pour the milk over the ice and stir until the drink is a uniform, creamy pink color.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh cherries if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For a sugar-free version, use a sugar-free cherry syrup. Use oat milk for the creamiest plant-based result.
