Ingredients
2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt

1 tablespoon Lime zest
3 tablespoons Honey
1/2 cup Graham crackers, crushed
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Whisk together yogurt, lime juice, zest, honey, and protein powder in a bowl.
Step 3: Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet in a thin, even layer.
Step 4: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the surface.
Step 5: Freeze for 4 hours or until completely solid.
Step 6: Break into pieces and serve immediately.
Step 7: Store leftovers in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 weeks.
