Description
A thick, velvety, and naturally sweet tropical smoothie made with frozen mango and coconut milk.
Ingredients
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Place the frozen mango chunks into the blender jar.
Step 2: Add the coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract.
Step 3: Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high speed for 45 seconds until perfectly smooth.
Step 4: Taste and add more sweetener if needed. If too thick, add another splash of coconut milk.
Step 5: Pour into glasses and serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
